Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Social to join our growing Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. As the Senior Associate, Paid Social Advertising, you’ll primarily be hands-on, with a focus on building campaigns and analyzing performance to improve results. Set up and run tests, including creative, copy, audience, and A/B tests. Oversee campaign execution, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and efficiency across paid social platforms and agencies. You will report to the Manager of Paid Social Marketing.
You will
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid social advertising including set up and implementation of campaigns, ad group, ad, promotion, budget, tracking, testing, targeting, inventory feeds, etc.
- Help build weekly and monthly performance reports using data from platforms like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Excel, etc. Regularly analyze campaign results to identify optimizations, improve creative effectiveness, and meet performance goals
- Expertly manage and optimize product catalogs within Meta Commerce Manager and Pinterest Catalogs, including adding and updating item details (titles, images, descriptions, pricing, availability, variants), creating targeted product sets, assigning user permissions, and integrating Pixels for Advantage+/Performance+ catalog ads to maximize ad relevance and sales across collection/carousel formats
- Partner with teams such as Creative, Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Local/Grand Openings to ensure campaign alignment and impact
- Monitors assigned operations to ensure program objectives are achieved, and that projects are conducted within approved time frames and budgets and are in compliance with appropriate state and federal legal and policy requirements
You will come with
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus in Paid Social advertising
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (Pinterest and TikTok is a plus), with the proven ability to independently build and activate paid social campaigns across campaign types, ad types, and bidding strategies
- Ability to set creative, copy, audience, and A/B tests on marketing platforms
- Strong knowledge of dynamic ads including Commerce Manager and the ability to work with national and local/store inventory feeds
- Experience developing and implementing major retail consumer paid social marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without supervisor
- Technical proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Superb attention to detail
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
