Coordinator, Public Relations & Influencer Marketing

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Social & Influencer Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this.

As a Social & Influencer Coordinator you will integrate social media strategies and tactics to amplify Dickies key stories across all Dickies social channels. Your role will both plan and execute innovative social strategies that will drive engagement around our campaigns and platforms through an insights-driven communications approach that builds upon our social media assets across multiple platforms.

You will help provide guidance on campaign planning and execution, including partnering with the Americas, EMEA & APAC markets to drive globally consistent messages across key social platforms. This position reports to Senior Manager of Social Media & Influencer.

  • Work with the Senior Manager, Public Relations & Influencer to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Marketing team on seasonal briefs that inform organic social assets needs to support key stories and cultural moments.
  • Ensure our regional and external partners have the tools needed to support key stories in their regional social landscapes.
  • Work in partnership with the Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer on go-to-market calendar with robust tactics integration.
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader brand initiatives.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content across various social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in social media.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience in youth marketing, (footwear, apparel, music marketing) in the digital space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Management tools
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
