This is your chance to be part of an in-house team of Analytics consultants to important functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, you will support Hilton’s Marketing, Commercial, Brands and Digital Revenue organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Marketing Analytics team reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will support projects including reporting, advanced statistical analysis, competitor data analysis and a variety of ad hoc analyses.

How You Will Make An Impact

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like
- Build, deliver, and support changes to reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business partners and analytics teammates to identify critical business problems, translate them into structured analyses, synthesize data from a variety of sources, use advanced analytics techniques, and deliver insights that drive strategy.
- Grow and support data and analysis requests, using all available data sources, tools, and techniques necessary, including SQL, Adobe Analytics (CJA), Python, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and R, with a strong focus on Python / R and SQL.
- Craft and communicate functional insights and analytic results to leadership through reports and outstanding presentations.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team and our partners to identify and prioritize our most impactful projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with media, business, and analytics teams to deliver analysis, insights, and reporting.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of experience with reporting and advanced analytics
- Experience presenting analytical insights to business stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python / R, MicroStrategy and/or Tableau in a professional environment
- Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Dallas, TX
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Experience in Marketing Analytics in Hospitality, Retail, or other service industry
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and
- Experience in demand and/or revenue forecasting
- Experience with Alteryx
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
