A Day in the Life:

The Digital Marketing Manager primarily manages and coordinates digital marketing campaigns incorporating SEM/SEO, social, advertising, website, and email.

 

  • Direct digital marketing plans and strategies including SEM/SEO, display advertising, email, and other digital channels to maximize lead generation and brand awareness

  • Day-to-day responsibility for digital advertising, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and website performance
  • Establish campaign objectives and track progress toward goals

  • Develop and optimize Google Ads and other ABM, re-targeting and display campaigns

  • Participate in SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages

  • Develop and manage various corporate-level email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, conversion optimization and list segmentation/management.

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

  • Enhance website landing pages through improved content, calls-to-action, user flows, etc.

  • Assist in development of required campaign and website content.

  • Work closely with Sales team to insure business alignment and campaign effectiveness.

  • Present new ideas, digital tactics and plans to optimize plans and performance.

  • Provide on-going performance reporting to key stakeholders on email campaigns, organic/paid social, SEM, and website while identifying areas to optimize campaigns and/or webpages to ensure all business objectives/KPIs are met.

  • Develop/build/manage relationships with marketing partners and vendors

  • Manage budgets for areas of responsibility.

 

What it takes:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, especially B2B digital marketing

  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaign development and execution, ideally using the Terminus ad platform.

  • Email campaign management, SEO/SEM, digital advertising and Website management experience required

  • Experience in using the following tools/platforms: Terminus, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot),

  • SEMRush, Visme or Canva

  • Technical proficiency, Marketing Operations experience a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and knowledge of website and campaign analytics

  • Agency, vendor management experience a plus

  • Budget management experience required

  • Strong revenue growth orientation

  • Current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Previous IT Services or software industry experience a plus
