About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will represent the customer voice across all value propositions, craft compelling launch stories, and bring our solutions to life in the market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions.
This role reports to the Portfolio Marketing Director for the Business Services division and will support our Credit Risk, Business Risk Management, Data Driven Marketing, and Collections & Investigations business areas. The position is preferably based in Alpharetta, GA, though location is flexible for the right candidate.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving the marketing strategy of assigned products and ensuring consistent, on-brand execution.
- Conducting solution messaging and positioning analysis to understand the competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with marketing functions to map customer journeys and guide prospects/customers through the sales cycle.
- Developing client- and industry-specific solution messaging that differentiates our products.
- Producing thought leadership content and guiding solution communication activities globally.
- Supporting new business wins through pitch materials, proposals, and customer case studies.
- Creating and promoting sales enablement materials, including buyer personas, segmentation, and purchase drivers analysis.
- Establishing strong feedback loops to optimize client engagement and strengthen positioning.
- Supporting training preparation to equip sales teams with positioning excellence.
- Analyzing industry, technology, and market trends to inform plans and new value propositions.
- Evangelizing new messaging ideas and sharing customer perspectives across the organization.
- Crafting compelling stories, copy, and visuals for launches, campaigns, and websites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or technology fields; product marketing experience highly valued.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in content development and management.
- Ability to uncover insights and optimize programs using analytics.
- Agency and vendor management experience, including creative oversight and contract negotiations.
- Skilled at working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-starter with a passion for driving results.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
