M anages a broad range of digital marketing. Plays a pivotal role in strategizing, orchestrating, and overseeing all WuXi AppTec digital marketing campaigns and virtual platforms.
 
Responsible for enhancing branding and service promotions with strong digital marketing strategy. Setting up the following up process from leads to opportunities to track the ROI of marketing events, as well as sales efficiency . The overarching objective is to optimize every digital campaign, driving the acquisition of high-quality leads and elevating WuXi’s brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and increasing engagement.
  • Create EDM strategies using PARDOT, set up leads engagement strategy and processes.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and campaign performance.
  • Social Media integration to enhance WuXi brand through digital channels.
  • Design/optimize efficient paid advertising campaigns that result in actionable conversions.
  • Maintain website. Evaluate metrics using Google Analytics and other data sources, create and distribute dashboards / reports to Marketing and BD
  • Develop and optimize SEO strategy.
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Propose, build and execute impactful acquisition campaigns across all social and search platforms.
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance, assess against goals and optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle, while delivering meaningful insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Marketing Events Manager and other stakeholders to scale the best opportunities and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Establish and continually improve scalable processes through the use of best practices and ensure operational campaign efficiency to meet KPIs.
  • Manage digital vendors.
  • Process invoices/expenses and reconcile status with finance to ensure vendors are paid in timely manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate project/process activity and report on project or issues to leadership team.
  • Manage the day-to-day activity and performance of the team.

Qualifications

Experience / Education Requires:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Understanding of Pardot architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce CRM
  • Marketing PPC/SEO/SEM
  • Excellent dada analysis skills
  • Strong skills in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/Pathon, HTML5, CSS, My SQL
  • Ability to perform under tight timer pressure and comply with deadlines.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work across different geographic regions.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.
  • Life science industry working experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position may require travel by airplane and/or car up to 5% of the year This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
