Position Overview
We are looking for a coordinator to help the Nonfiction Marketing team on a variety of campaigns and departmental needs. In addition to having a passion for the Netflix sports slate, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization, and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will need excellent prioritization skills. Responsibilities
- Managing external creative agencies, including scheduling meetings, typing up & relaying creative notes
- Developing campaign presentations and summaries
- Assisting in the pre-production phase of marketing shoots, including building talent memos from templates, sending date holds, timeline planning, relaying notes to shoot producers, general admin / logistics work
- Asset Management and QC for key marketing materials (Art, AV, Social)
- Setting up Dropbox links with talent tool-kits, and creating/sending templated social emails to talent reps
- Budget management duties – processing invoices, SOWs, data entry
- Helping field requests from global cross-functional teams – relaying feedback, email follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working at a network, studio, creative agency or similar entertainment industry environment
- Tech-savvy with absolute proficiency in Google Workplace
- Working understanding of creative production environments
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for the global sports media landscape, and an ability to quickly research and get up to speed with the key stakeholders and personalities within a specific sports arena
- Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000.
