As a Director, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you’ll be part of our North America Brand Marketing team working as a remote employee. You will be responsible for leading and executing our social media strategy across our brands. You’ll also get to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for our Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Oversee the creation, curation and scheduling of high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report out social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring activation in trends that are aligned to brand messaging.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners (such as the Global Brand team, Brand Management, Public Relations, Agency Partners, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.
- Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, ideally in a publicly traded, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of leading social media strategies for multiple brands and across multiple social media platforms.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated capability in making data driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
