Reporting to the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead sales and marketing initiatives for a new luxury property.
Based in Orlando and partnering with internal HICV teams and New York agency partners, this role will implement go-to-market strategies to build brand awareness, generate demand, and nurture qualified leads for membership sales.
The successful candidate brings a strong foundation in marketing and PR, with hands-on experience in digital and print marketing, social media, and CRM. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, and hospitality or real estate experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
General
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans that support business objectives and promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with team members and agency partners to create integrated campaigns across various marketing channels, including social media, digital marketing, and PR
- Support the creation of marketing materials and ensure they align with brand standards and strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
- Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing, PR, and sales initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the marketing team.
Marketing
- Assist with the coordination and management of marketing channel activities, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including grand openings and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Work with agency partners to ensure successful execution of PR and social media strategies and influencer programs
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines for consistency across all touchpoints.
Sales & Lead Acquisition
- Assist in managing CRM email campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with potential leads.
- Support the development of sales collateral and sales team documents, including manuals and training curriculum
- Liase with sale team to support sales lead funnel and driving quality leads through marketing efforts
- Help monitor and report on lead acquisition and conversion metrics, providing suggestions for optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required
- Minimum 5 years of marketing strategy and communications, with a focus on hospitality or real estate preferred
- Familiar with digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, websites, and content marketing, as well as online advertising and email marketing
- Strong project management and client management skills with an ability to manage the approval process among numerous stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of CRM and lead management systems and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating dashboards and reporting across campaigns
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and work across a variety of internal and external stakeholders, as well as partners and vendors
