We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work along our team of specialists and managers tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our network of small business owners. As an internal agency we approach digital marketing in unique ways, giving you an opportunity to experience every side of marketing across multiple channels.

To be successful, you should have a basic grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and a desire to learn. In this role you will work with and supporting the digital marketing team.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work within the digital marketing team to brainstorm and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Support team of specialists and managers to update, optimize, and report of digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with peers to form best practices and develop new solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape
  • Monitor ad performance across multiple channels

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • High level of commitment to the organization’s Core Values and Mission Statement
  • Hunger for new challenges and a desire to never stop learning
  • Knowledge of campaign optimization and best practices
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC), display, and video advertising
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office and report generation
  • Talking to others to convey information effectively
  • Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field recommended but not required
  • Foundational Google Ads Certifications in Search, Video, Display required.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel may be required.
