Responsibilities

As a Marketing Program Manager you will:

  • End-to end project management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a range of projects within the global marketing team.
  • Cross-functional Orchestration: Drive the marketing workstreams within key cross-functional projects and programs ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Process Optimization: Champion and refine our project management process. Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve team velocity, communication, and overall efficiency.
  • Facilitate, Plan, and manage timelines:: Develop detailed plans, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
  • Communication Hub: Maintain a clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders. Providing regular status updates, potential risks, and managing expectations effectively.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 3+ years experience in project management or program management.
  • Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar.
  • Experience in project management tools such as Monday.com , Asana, and others.
  • Experience collaborating with a broad range of functions in the go-to-market organization a plus.
  • Experience in B2B go-to-market focused projects / programs is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with big picture priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills a plus.

Expected compensation for the role is between $100,000 – $125,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
