The Marketing Coordinator provides support with the execution of marketing strategies across all BayMark owned brands. This role is responsible for the management of marketing materials, enforcing brand alignment, and providing cross-functional project support for patient acquisition efforts on multiple platforms including social, digital and traditional media. Working in close collaboration with the broader marketing team, the Coordinator contributes to all MarCom, Digital, and Business Development initiatives and projects.

Essential Job Functions

- Manages all aspects of marketing materials management, inventory, and fulfillment of orders for all treatment locations.
- Works in coordination with the Marketing Director and the broader team on projects aligned with strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand standards.
- Tracks and analyzes the performance of campaigns, identifies trends and provides insights to improve future strategies.
- Assists with Google reviews responses and other tasks to support reputation management.
- Establishes working relationships with treatment center directors and other internal stakeholders to coordinate requests for marketing materials and assists with coordinating new requests with the marketing director and the broader marketing team.
- Oversees the marketing request ticket process.
- Provides support for new locations or relocations as needed, including updating stationery kits, printed marketing materials, and other tasks.
- Process all incoming departmental invoices with allocations to the appropriate center and gather appropriate approvals and tracks payment status.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal clients, vendors and other stakeholders in alignment with the company’s values and principles.
- Operates effectively within a high-performance culture in a professional and ethical manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communication preferred.
- 3+ years’ successful experience in marketing, sales, or clinical settings; experience in behavioral health and/or addiction treatment services is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the willingness to learn new programs as required.
- Must have a detail-oriented approach and be able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy.
- Proven competency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar) to track tasks and project timelines.
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Maintains compliance with professional standards and best practices.
- Satisfactory references and successful completion of a criminal background check.
