As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to expand Aurora’s online presence and engagement as we prepare to launch our product in 2024. You will manage all digital marketing and social media campaigns and extract actionable insights to guide and measure the work.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with the ability to turn complex and technical information into compelling product stories. This person is also a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends and social media platforms. Candidates should be self-motivated problem solvers. Comfort managing ambiguity, ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance conflicting demands are critical for this role.

In This Role You Will

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Oversee the management and growth of the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, leveraging analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to develop product stories that deliver on business goals and reach key audiences through digital and social channels.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Marketing & Communications team to develop social and digital content for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead a redesign of aurora.tech, including articulating the vision, defining requirements, and managing the development process.
  • Oversee the content strategy for aurora.tech to ensure alignment with business objectives in preparation of our upcoming commercial launch.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to company leadership and other internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 12+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency, campaign, or B2B marketing function.
  • Proficiency developing and managing paid media campaigns and leveraging data and analytics to optimize and improve results.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluency with key social media platforms including LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across different time zones as needed.

The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$216,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
