You’ll run our corporate social channels and execute campaigns, product launches, email/SMS, light web updates, and agency/creator work—turning ideas into shipped, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Campaigns & Launches

  • Build the integrated marketing calendar (drops, promos, holidays).
  • Brief stakeholders/creators; manage timelines, assets, and go-lives.

Channel Ownership (Social)

  • Plan, create, and publish content for IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest.
  • Community management and escalation; protect brand voice.

Lifecycle (Email/SMS)

  • Build or coordinate campaigns; segment, A/B test, QA, and report.

Web & Merchandising Support

  • Partner with internal/external web resources to update pages/landing pages; keep UTMs/pixels/tagging clean.

Paid Media & Agencies

  • Manage briefs, assets, flighting, budgets, and tracking with agencies; monitor performance and flag optimizations.

Influencers & Affiliates

  • Source/manage creators; negotiate deliverables; run the affiliate program and track ROI.

Request Intake & Traffic

  • Operate a lightweight request/SLA process; prioritize and communicate status; route assets to stores/partners as needed.

Brand Governance

  • Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries; QC voice/visuals.

Store Support (as needed)

  • Provide toolkits/localized assets for openings or key promos; occasional store visits for content capture/launch checks.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards (social, email/SMS, site/promo); turn insights into next-step actions.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in consumer/retail, restaurant, or CPG marketing with ownership of social plus cross-channel execution.
  • Portfolio showing scroll-stopping content and shipped campaigns with results.
  • Comfortable with Meta/TikTok tools (Business Suite/Ads Manager), UTMs, pixels, and reading GA4 dashboards.
  • Strong copywriting; basic design/editing skills (Canva/Adobe).
  • Excellent organization and communication; thrives in a fast, collaborative environment.
  • Nice to have: influencer/affiliate program management; email/SMS (Klaviyo/Mailchimp); basic HTML/CSS; Spanish bilingual.

Tools You’ll Use

Canva/Adobe, Google Workspace, GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, TikTok, scheduling tools (Sprout/Hootsuite/Later), ESP (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), simple project trackers (Asana/ClickUp).

Physical Requirements & Schedule

  • Onsite at HQ; occasional store visits and content shoots.
  • Typical business hours with flexibility for launches and events.
