A Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team! As the Marketing Automation Specialist you strategize, develop, and optimize marketing automations that improve member experience and drive results. In this role your key responsibilities will include building automated journeys for new member onboarding, activation, engagement, and lifecycle management to support the strategic goals of Sound.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will…
- Work with Business Intelligence team to automate data into Hubspot
- Work with Business Intelligence team to integrate new data sources into Hubspot
- Build audience segments in Hubspot
- Build workflows and simple and complex member journeys within Hubspot
- Use marketing automation tools to help drive greater personalization, dynamic content, and improve business efficiencies
- Develop and implement automated campaigns for members and leads, using Hubspot, text messaging, push notifications, and web personalization
- Ensure automated campaigns, rules and processes are running properly
- Ensure email deliverability and performance
- Communicate automation results
- Build web forms and other mechanisms to capture opt-ins
- Manage and test lead capture options on campaign landing pages
- Communicate journey results and collaborate with SMEs to continually improve automation strategies
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will bring to the team…
- Two years of experience using marketing automation systems, preferably Hubspot.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Your compensation:
At Sound Credit Union we believe in paying our employees a fair and living wage. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s prior experience and education level as it pertains to their role. This strategy promotes a talented and empowering work environment that we hope you will be a part of! Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates, which allows us to offer merit-based salary increases.
Minimum: $23.85
Midpoint: $29.81
Maximum: $35.77
Your hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
