Located on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee, Culver Academies encompasses 1,800 acres of green hills and woodlands, and a historic collegiate-like campus with beautiful Gothic architecture. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing and Communications team and key partners to manage an integrated digital footprint using various platforms and media to support Advancement and Admissions initiatives. This individual will supervise content creators as they work to deliver compelling materials that drive brand awareness and revenue for Culver Academies.
The successful candidate will act as our “creative guru,” leading the team that creates all digital marketing content using video, photography, and graphics. The manager will advise on comprehensive strategies for marketing campaigns, lead tactical execution of internal and external digital marketing campaigns, and manage Culver’s comprehensive web presence, social media strategy, and relationships with digital service vendors, including system implementation and tech support for internal users.
In addition, we ask you to contribute to the mission by serving students in additional commitments to realize our promise of a whole-person education. This includes a commitment to students outside of the office in an area, such as academics, athletics, or spiritual life, along with supporting student and campus life activities.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage all aspects of complex projects. They must be organized and disciplined, can meet deadlines, facilitate their team to do the same, and must be able to manage work with outside vendors.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field is required. Experience in digital tools for website management, photography, video editing, analytics, and social media platforms is a must. This role requires the use of various software programs for internal communications, so the ability to learn and navigate different systems is needed.
