The Digital Account Manager, Content & SEO- Enterprise Accounts, will serve as the primary point of contact for our top vertical, enterprise accounts, providing strategic oversight and management of their SEO and content marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth and achieve client business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO and content marketing, highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional and measurable results and long-term client success.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 annually. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the day-to-day contact for enterprise accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs, with a focus on SEO and content strategies and objectives.
- Provide timely communication of campaign performance, strategic recommendations, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee content drafts, SEO strategies, and creative recommendations in a polished, client-ready manner, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of comprehensive SEO and content strategies for top enterprise, vertical accounts.
- Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices, client brand guidelines, and audience needs.
- Apply excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and professionalism.
- Use creative writing techniques to translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, compelling, and accessible content.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and technical teams to deliver successful SEO and content campaigns.
- Ability to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs and ROI benchmarks are met.
- Stay current on AI-driven search trends and their impacts on SEO, ensuring E-E-A-T content development, optimization, and long-term strategy remains aligned with impacts and evolution.
- Leverage SEM data to inform SEO strategy, driving cross-channel insights and optimization.
Project & Account Management
- Manage client onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Streamline communication and workflow across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Present insights, content strategy and performance reports with a focus on SEO and content marketing results.
- Ensure the timely delivery of campaign assets, approvals, and deliverables.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data to track effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
- Deliver performance reports and insights and highlighting KPIs, trends, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Use analytics tools to identify areas for optimization and deliver continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support renewals and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and Content account management, client services, or digital marketing, preferably working with enterprise-level clients.
- Proven success developing and executing SEO and content strategies for large-scale businesses.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and how paid and organic strategies work together.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, GA4), and content management systems (Hubspot, WordPress or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-driven trends and impacts on search and organic visibility.
- Strong understanding of digital channels including programmatic, social, search, email, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as senior living, healthcare, education, real estate, financial services, or estate planning.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Click Up, Airtable), and marketing analytics/reporting systems (TapClicks, Tableau, Datorama, Google Data Studio).
