Marketing Manager
We are looking for:
A detail-oriented and strategic Marketing professional who will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented food company committed to producing the highest quality products, who will also excel at collaborating across teams to deliver effective, integrated marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
What You’ll Do:
This role is responsible for implementing marketing strategies across Foodservice and Retail sales channels for the Schweid & Sons brand. You will lead the development of creative assets and work with internal and external partners to produce targeted creative content that supports marketing initiatives and effectively engages our audience across various platforms.
Ideate & Develop Creative Content & Ads
- Produce compelling visuals and video tailored to target audiences for marketing campaigns.
- Adapt existing creative assets for multiple ad formats including display, social media and search.
- Maintain website design and layout to uphold brand consistency and deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Execute “romance copy” that elevates the brand voice and consumer connection.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to develop campaign content.
- Test and refine creative based on performance data and insights.
Drive Consumer Marketing Efforts:
- Create an annual email content calendar aligned with brand objectives and supporting ongoing campaigns.
- Write copy, design and schedule emails for B2C and B2B subscribers.
- Generate lead campaigns focused on reaching and engaging new subscribers.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage budget planning and execution for marketing initiatives.
- Manage YouTube platform by defining audience profiles and creating content for optimal engagement.
Determine Tactics and Execute for Schweid & Sons Foodservice & Retail Sales Support:
- Lead shopper marketing initiatives, including the development of in-store POS materials and promotional tools that drive purchase intent.
- Create informative and eye-catching POS materials such as flyers and sell sheets for sales teams.
- Develop branded presentation design templates for company-wide use.
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and create impactful presentations for meetings and events.
- Create content for paid media campaigns including digital, social, and print ensuring alignment with objectives and key promotional periods.
- Monitor competitive activity and media performance to continuously optimize tactics and maintain category leadership.

You have…
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field, MBA preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG food industry, with emphasis on retail and foodservice channels.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, Canva, and native editing tools a requirement.
- Proficient in PowerPoint with proven ability to design and deliver impactful presentations
- Experienced with email marketing platforms, digital ad creation, and content management systems.
- Proficient in YouTube, with familiarity with other social media platforms.
What We Offer
- The expected compensation for this role is $95,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
