We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to develop and manage a strategic, well-rounded portfolio of products for our Workstations Portfolio Management Team. This position will use deep product knowledge and strong relationships to manage the Product Portfolio across brands to maintain relevance, competitiveness, and financial performance of products.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience
- Exceptional written, oral and visual communication skills and able to convey complex problems or concepts in ways others can easily understand
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field
- Able to manage multiple, competing demands through effective prioritization and negotiation
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Product Development and Launch
- Prior Go-To-Market experience
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Experience working within contract furniture industry
What You Will Be Doing:
- Craft product line or portfolio strategies considering a holistic view of the portfolio across our company
- Take ownership of and manage assigned product lines to achieve growth or profitability targets
- Analyze market trends, user and chooser needs, competitors, sales and financial data for decision making
- Support product development and launch initiatives to grow our position and portfolio
- Work collaboratively across our team and the company to leverage diversity of thought and experiences
- Represent your products by creating and leading presentations to customers, dealers, and design partners
- Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert in support of strategic sales opportunities
- Engage and influence people at all levels of the organization
- Help define the future of work, wherever it happens
