Job Description
We’re searching for a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker to be our next Marketing Manager. This person will shape and amplify Hooky’s brand voice across digital, social media, and experiential channels. From campaign concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with our creative team, agency partners, and cross-functional leaders to deliver marketing that drives results and make people want to ditch the everyday at Hooky Entertainment!
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead full-funnel marketing campaigns that span paid, owned, and earned media.
- Craft sharp, engaging, and on-brand campaigns and creative frameworks that syncs with social marketing strategy and reflects Hooky’s voice and vision.
- Collaborate with internal creative team and media/PR agencies to execute high impact campaigns.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets with a performance-driven mindset.
- Create LTO’s (Limited Time Offers), seasonal promotions, and activation campaigns for new films, arcade, game features, and food & beverage rollouts.
- Partner with venue leaders and sales teams to support local-level events and promotions.
- Own relationships with key vendors, studio partners, and strategic collaborators.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights and KPI’s.
- Serve as a brand gatekeeper to ensure consistency across all messaging and visuals across organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, media planning, and brand strategy (in-house or agency).
- Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
- Deep understanding of digital media and performance marketing (paid social, display, etc.).
- Strong creative instincts paired with the analytical ability to back decisions with data.
- A Collaborative spirit – able to inspire and partner with creatives, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A love for entertainment, pop culture, and making brands that stand out from the ordinary.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
- Preferred industry experience; entertainment, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle brands, retail, or experiential marketing.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Comfortability around Flashing Lights & Loud Noise.
