Your role at Clorox:
Step into a high-impact role at Clorox where innovation meets consumer obsession. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll help build purpose-driven brands through strategic insights, bold ideas, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will:
- Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development
- Shape long-term innovation roadmaps that align with brand and business goals.
- Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Consumer & Market Insights
- Partner with insights teams to uncover unmet consumer needs and turn them into product concepts.
- Leverage trends, behaviors, and feedback to guide innovation direction.
- Project Management & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, design, supply chain, and finance to bring ideas to market.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
- Go-to-Market Planning
- Support the development of launch strategies, positioning, and messaging for new products.
- Work with brand marketing, sales, and digital teams to deliver cohesive rollouts.
- Culture & Values

What we look for:
- 3+ years in a professional environment, ideally in brand marketing, product development, or innovation within CPG or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA/Master’s a plus.
- Proven ability to meet project objectives and deliver on time.
- Able to influence leadership and advance ideas with management.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for consumer behavior, trends, and product innovation.
- Demonstrates empathy and curiosity toward consumers/shoppers.
- Comfortable using data to tell compelling stories and assess business health.
- Team player who can influence across levels and embraces diversity.
- Takes ownership of personal development and contributes to a purpose-driven culture.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to clearly articulate a point of view.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $106,700 – $204,900
–Zone B: $97,800 – $187,900
–Zone C: $88,900 – $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
