Texa-Rica is looking for a high-energy, self-starter to join Company Six’s Marketing Team as our Brand Partnerships & Community Engagement professional.

This role is all about building meaningful partnerships with other brands to create collaboration opportunities that drive revenue and visibility. Think business development meets community-building.

What You’ll Do:

· Identify and secure partnerships with businesses, retailers, and community organizations that align with our brands.

· Drive revenue through strategic collaborations and partnership opportunities.

· Work closely with the Marketing Team across all company brands to integrate partnerships into larger campaigns.

· Represent the company in a way that builds trust and long-term connections.

· Use available tools and resources to track outreach, measure results, and continuously improve.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience in business development, partnerships, community engagement, or a related role.

· A self-motivated, independent thinker who thrives on building relationships.

· Strong communication and outreach skills; comfortable with lots of external conversations.

· High energy, resourceful, and results driven.

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing projects independently.
