Prime Air is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Drone Delivery Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the launch and optimization of lifecycle digital marketing campaigns. As a cross-functional position, you will collaborate with Prime Air stakeholders and partner teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for drone delivery services. The role also involves close collaboration with the product team to ensure campaigns are efficient and aligned with shared goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition and Engagement Strategy:

    • Lead the development of acquisition and engagement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and partner teams.
  2. Product Positioning and Messaging:

    • Drive the development of product positioning and messaging for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Experimentation and Optimization:

    • Own customer experimentation and optimization plans, developing hypotheses and testing plans with the goal of automating and scaling successful experiments.
  4. Data-Driven Insights:

    • Use data to enhance the voice of the customer, analyze product and marketing performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (e.g., email, onsite, etc.).
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product marketing experience with a global brand.
  • Experience designing and executing test-and-learn campaigns, research, and data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive under ambiguous and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working with budgets and performance data.

 

Compensation: The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation may vary based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
