Lima One Capital is looking for a dynamic leader to join the nation’s premier lender for real estate investors! We are searching for a Director of Marketing who possesses strong values, a great work ethic, attention to detail, assertiveness, and confidence.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Director of Marketing to join our growing and dynamic marketing team.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing content and campaign teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads, elevate the brand, nurture customers, and drive expansion into new markets. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving measurable results.

You are a performance marketer who utilizes analytics to identify opportunities and execute strategy. You are a brand marketer with an attentive eye to creativity, storytelling, and generating engagement through online and offline channels.

You have proven experience identifying and connecting all systems involved in executing a full functioning multi-channel campaign – analytics, creative, copywriting, lead distribution, sales alerts, reporting dashboards, attribution.

You execute at a high-level – with strong attention to detail – utilizing data, content, creative, and technology to drive the success of the overarching marketing strategy.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, campaign managers, and other marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to understand the customer journey and implement marketing tactics that thoughtfully engage along that journey.
  • Understand the business and voice of the customer, identify their needs and produce solutions for our marketing and sales channels to improve prospecting, nurturing, onboarding, and loyalty efforts.
  • Lead the development of compelling and effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and more.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and customer insights, and use this information to shape marketing strategies.
  • Identifying and executing customer segmentation to run highly-targeted campaigns – working with business intelligence, analytics, and I.T. teams to make all relevant data accessible.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, marketing metrics, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continued optimizations and improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and other assets that support branding initiatives.
  • You have experience working with agencies, industry publications, and other 3rd party vendors to drive media strategy, SEO, and other digital efforts – and continue to audit performance and drive improvements in execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and apply this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Understand different customer personas and sales channels to develop unique strategies from both B2C and B2B perspectives.
  • You will be responsible for utilizing 1st party customer data and 3rd party market data to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and maximize our market presence.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in B2B or financial industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including lead generation, retention and loyalty, brand elevation, and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, offline advertising, customer education, etc.
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and/or HubSpot Marketing Hub to drive campaigns and results
