Wayfair

Wayfair is seeking a Manager to lead Brand Integrations within our Brand Marketing team. The Brand Marketing team is responsible for reaching consumers through rich storytelling mediums like TV, print, and others to build deeper connections with our customers. Within this team, we’re looking for a Manager to lead Brand Integrations; this person will be responsible for integrating the Wayfair brand into partner content and key moments that are relevant and engaging to drive consideration and bring our brand promise to life.

The Brand Integrations Manager’s job is to ensure our integrations and sponsorships are key drivers of credibility and loyalty for our business. You will be responsible for managing existing relationships with top Branded Content partners, including major TV networks and streaming platforms, and launching partnerships with high priority new partners, determining the most effective way to interact with our audiences – whether via integrating into TV shows, sponsoring partner tentpoles (e.g. network-led home giveaways and major sweepstakes), or onsite activations at fan conventions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end to end brand integration process, including creating and evolving the strategy based on performance, customer needs, and brand priorities
  • Act as Wayfair’s primary point-of-contact with external content partners, and internal marketing, brand and creative brand teams
  • Build 6-9 month roadmaps and strategies in support of priority initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage an associate who handles sponsorship execution, and day-to-day management of integrations
  • Brief key partners on our overall strategy, including our brand identity, design targets, and brand priorities to ensure all integrations clearly and effectively showcase our brand promise
  • Develop a measurement framework to assess the efficacy of investments, including the impacts our integrations have on key brand and performance dimensions
  • Build and maintain team project planning and progress tracking tools
  • Partner with other marketing channels (TV, organic social, print, etc.), as well as creative and curated merchandising teams to build omni-channel support for brand integrations

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, ecommerce, or corporate retail preferred
  • Proficient e-commerce and retail business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and partner-facing communications
  • Ability to formulate a robust business case guided by quantitative outcomes and qualitative plans for execution; fluency in tracking and measurement of sponsorship activity a plus
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to use data analysis to inform business decisions and translate those into action plans
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively across a large number of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Innovative problem-solving skills — dissect and determine root cause of problems and implement solutions
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects with multiple concurrent timelines, and to delegate tasks appropriately
  • Demonstrated senior presence, recognized as an effective people manager
