Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, accurate, and compelling content across various platforms, including websites, emails, and social media.

  • Social Media Management: Execute and manage social media campaigns, enhancing visibility and engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs for effective ROI.

  • Professional Communication: Maintain high-level, respectful, and proficient communication with healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, and conferences.

  • Customer Support: Engage with customers through various channels, promptly and professionally addressing queries and concerns.

  • Information & E-commerce websites: Utilize, proof, and analyze various online systems.
