Cybersecurity is an exciting, evolving space, and being at the forefront of the fight to disrupt cybercrime makes SpyCloud a special place to work. If you’re driven to align your career with a fantastic mission, look no further!
SpyCloud is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape how we bring our identity threat protection solutions to market. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this role offers the opportunity to connect SpyCloud’s innovative technology to customer needs – helping enterprises, partners, and security teams prevent identity-driven threats before they turn into breaches, fraud, or ransomware.
As part of a collaborative, high-performing Product Marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in driving go-to-market execution, scaling compelling positioning, and amplifying the impact of our data partnerships and portfolio integrations. You’ll also harness market-driven insights to inform strategy, ensuring our solutions align with evolving customer needs and security challenges.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between product, marketing, sales, and our target market – translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical decision-makers and business stakeholders. This role blends storytelling with execution: scaling differentiated positioning, building engaging enablement, and showing customers how to unlock new use cases that stop identity threats in their tracks.
What You’ll Do:
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead and support launches for technology integrations (IAM/PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR/MDR, ITSM, threat intel, etc.).
- Partner with the Alliances team to create joint value propositions, full-funnel content, sales plays, and enablement that help customers achieve their desired outcomes with ease and confidence.
- Create launch assets and positioning that equip internal teams and partners to accelerate adoption and close deals faster.
- PLG/PLS Motion Support
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to test and scale product-led growth and sales experiments.
- Develop messaging, campaigns, and digital programs that drive adoption and expansion.
- Design and optimize demand generation motions – acquiring, nurturing, and converting leads into paying customers.
- Customer Marketing Support
- Partner with Customer Success and PMM team members to source customer reviews, case study candidates, and campaign content.
- Build campaigns that showcase ROI, amplify customer stories, and strengthen advocacy.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to capture and amplify customer stories and proof points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMM peers, Demand Gen, Content, Product Management, Sales, and CS to infuse market insights into strategy and execution.
- Develop sales enablement materials – including customer-facing presentations, talk tracks, and demo scripts – that set the field up for success.
- Operate flexibly across projects that may fall outside the “standard PMM box.”
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years product marketing experience. 2-3 years experience in cybersecurity, identity, threat intelligence or adjacent space.
- Familiarity with IAM/PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR, or related security ecosystems.
- Proven ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and content across the funnel.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and program building.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying technical concepts.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting alliances/BD marketing.
- Background in PLG/PLS environments.
- Experience with customer marketing programs and advocacy platforms.
- Comfort with testing/using AI tools for competitive or GTM efficiency.
