Job Description
The Social Media & Influencer Coordinator will support the execution of TUMI’s global social media and influencer initiatives. In this role, you’ll help drive the brand’s presence across channels by supporting campaign rollouts, influencer activations, and market coordination, always ensuring consistency with TUMI’s global voice and positioning.
You will partner closely with global and regional teams—including Creative Services, PR, eComm, CRM, Retail and Wholesale to help deliver aligned, best-in-class social and influencer programs. From amplifying the brand voice across digital platforms to supporting global influencer executions, you’ll bring strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to help ensure TUMI’s stories are shared consistently and effectively worldwide. This is a hybrid role; we work onsite 4 days, remotely 1 day weekly.
Campaign & Social Support
- Partner with the social team to execute TUMI’s global social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Support content development for diverse channels, including campaign BTS, evergreen storytelling, and localized market needs.
- Curate trend reports, inspiration, and competitive benchmarks to keep the brand’s presence innovative and relevant.
Influencer & Talent Coordination
- Help identify and vet creators for paid and organic partnerships using platforms such as Creator IQ, Tribe, and Influencer Intelligence.
- Support influencer outreach and communications for campaign and always on seeding moments.
- Facilitate product gifting requests and manage gifting inventory, ensuring timely delivery of product for global and regional programs.
- Track and report on influencer deliverables, including high-profile talent (e.g., brand ambassadors).
- Support the creation of broader and campaign based global influencer guidelines and toolkits to drive consistency in market-level activations.
Events & Market Alignment
- Partner with regional markets to review and approve influencer/creator invite lists for events.
- Assist with the preparation of global toolkits and playbooks for campaign rollouts, events, and activations.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with markets on influencer strategy, deliverables, and event guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare quarterly reports, campaign recaps, and influencer program performance decks.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, EMV, ROI) across influencer and social campaigns, providing insights for future strategy.
- Monitor competitor benchmarks and industry trends to inform global positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative, eComm, CRM, PR, retail and wholesale teams to align on content, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Maintain clear communication and organization across multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met globally.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital strategy, ideally within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, calendars, and workflows.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and influencer performance tracking.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (Creator IQ, Tribe, Influencer Intelligence) and social monitoring tools (Sprinklr, Netbase, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- A creative eye and cultural curiosity, with the ability to identify compelling content and creator talent.
- Experience working in a global role, coordinating amongst regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related media/creative field preferred.

- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items (up to 30 lbs.)
