The right candidate is an opinionated self-starter who drives action and results; is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution; is a phenomenal storyteller and can build strong cross-functional relationships through interpersonal skills and flexibility.

What you’ll be doing:

Each of our Product Marketers covers a specific market area—a cross section of product functionality, competitors and personas. We build expertise in these areas individually and use them as the building blocks of our broader strategy, messaging and positioning. Your time will be split between:

  • Market Research – Driving product, competitive and persona research efforts related to your market area of ownership; and then turning that research into a winning strategy.
  • Product Launches – Leading launch activities for your product area
  • Enablement – Ensuring our teammates understand our customers’ needs & lead with value when selling
  • Strategic Initiatives – In between launches and research you’ll drive xfn initiatives to strengthen your product area’s position in the market.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within SaaS B2B companies – even if in other roles prior to PMM!
  • At least 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience.
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product messaging and positioning.
  • Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works).
  • Great at simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling stories.
  • Exhibits empathy for customers & prospects; puts the buyer first in everything they do.
  • Able to think big picture and prioritize what’s most important, but also able to roll up sleeves and ship compelling work product.
  • Thrives in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations; enjoys finding the right path forward.

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k
  • Wellness reimbursement
  • Take what you need vacation policy
  • Generous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers
