The Agora Companies is searching for a Copywriter to join to join a growing health publishing and dietary supplement company. If you’re a Health Copy Enthusiast ready to make an impact, this is your chance to help take our direct-response supplement business beyond the stratosphere and straight into the exosphere.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting video sales letters and email campaigns that SELL
• Craft compelling hooks, leads, and offers that stop readers in their tracks
• Understand our audience’s deepest desires, fears, and objections… and speak directly to them
• Test, tweak, and optimize to squeeze every drop out of a campaign
• Collaborate and grow with our small but mighty team of talented writers

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience writing for the direct response industry – health and wellness preferred
• A WOW portfolio that reflects your talent and creativity, including: video sales letters or other long form sales copy, winning ads & email swipes.
• A proven track record of success with > $1M in sales
• An obsession with optimization (and you’re fluent in CTR, CVR, ACV, LTV metrics to boot)
• A competitive spirit to keep topping your best work – and a work ethic second to none
• Flexibility writing to both cold and warm traffic
• Strongly preferred: The ability to work out of our Baltimore offices. If you’re not in the Baltimore-metro area or willing to relocate, please note that in your application. We may consider a remote position in certain circumstances.

You’ve just discovered a simple daily habit that’s changing everything for you. Write a short sales email (max 250 words) to convince them to try it.

Compensation Range – $75,000 – $90,000 USD
