About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Content Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing content strategies that elevate Veeva’s brand presence and support our market-leading enterprise cloud software platform tailored for the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling thought leadership, product, and customer content across multiple formats, including blogs, white papers, infographics, videos, and more. Collaborating closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams, the Content Marketer will ensure that content aligns with strategic objectives, resonates with target audiences, and drives engagement and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding writing skills, a knack for simplifying complex topics, and a proactive approach to content development and optimization. The individual will also measure content performance, optimize accordingly, and contribute to establishing best practices for content creation and distribution across channels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B technology or enterprise software environments; 5+ years for senior managers
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex messaging into clear, engaging content
  • Experience developing content in various formats including blogs, white papers, videos, infographics, and social media
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives
  • Excellent project management skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
  • Familiarity with content marketing trends and best practices
  • Nice to Have: Experience in the life sciences industry, working with remote or global teams, and a track record of launching innovative B2B offerings

Responsibilities

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content across multiple formats, ensuring accuracy and engagement
  • Maximize content value by creating derivative assets for use across various channels and campaigns
  • Design and implement content strategies that support both short-term marketing campaigns and long-term brand objectives
  • Collaborate with product marketing, customer marketing, and field marketing teams to map content to the buyer’s journey
  • Ensure all content adheres to messaging, grammar, style, and branding standards
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Contribute to the development of content standards, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas for testing and implementation
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines
