Our marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing. Our marketing team works as a central hub for the company and will contribute marketing support in all aspects of Medical Guardian while assisting with the development of new initiatives that aligned with company goals and customer success.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience executing and managing marketing efforts across all paid digital platforms: Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. with a strong work ethic and eager desire to learn new things. A high level of attention to detail is required. The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing will join a fast-paced, thoughtful, detail oriented, highly skilled, supportive, and collaborative team.

This is a hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA.

 

This position will:

  • Execute & manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Facebook Ads and other digital advertising platforms; Comfortable with daily optimization of paid media campaigns
  • Create strategy + best practices for how to execute advertising campaigns to best support: new product launches, promotions, & brand messages
  • Manage and improve measurement solutions (conversions, audiences etc.) to ensure ad platforms have best possible data integrations
  • Work closely with internal brand team to optimize and analyze creative and landing page performance through A/B testing to improve conversion rates
  • Subject matter expert of owned channels; stays up to date on industry trends, beta launches, new campaign types, automation and platform changes
  • Create monthly marketing budget and report on actual performance v. forecasted performance to executive team members; flag tactics, channels or campaigns that are either exceeding, or not tracking towards goals, and suggesting proactive strategies to improve performance
  • Assist in managing Affiliate Partnerships, Affiliate Agency & Amazon Agency
  • Supports + reports to the Director of Marketing

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, psychology, mathematics, communication or related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience managing paid digital channels
  • Execution expert across Paid SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc.) and Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Must work well in a team environment, be driven and passionate, and have a solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics & Hubspot
  • Eye for using automation and AI to streamline execution processes and make work more efficient, allowing for quicker scale
  • Prior Affiliate Management and Amazon Ads experience a plus
  • Ability to use Tag Manager is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior programmatic media buying experience
  • Worked previously in a digital marketing consulting role
  • Working knowledge of website content & design and email software
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
  • Experiencing managing traditional campaigns like: direct mail, radio, TV, and print magazine advertising
