Role Overview: As the Lead SEM Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our paid search and shopping channels. Your role will involve team-building, growth strategy development, and achieving performance targets across multiple product verticals.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the team responsible for customer acquisition through paid search and shopping channels.
  • Develop innovative channel strategies utilizing predicted revenue models, incrementality, first-party data, and automation to meet short and long-term business objectives.
  • Implement best-in-class campaign optimization workflows and test plans for keywords, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to develop in-house technology to accelerate growth.
  • Proactively track, report, and share performance updates with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive professional marketing experience managing paid search programs, including 5+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns with $1M+ monthly budgets.
  • Deep understanding of paid search trends to efficiently scale campaigns at all levels of spend.
  • Expert-level knowledge of campaign management tools and best-practice experimentation techniques.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing Search Marketing teams.
  • Excellent command of reporting and analytics.
  • Preferred: Experience with online marketplaces.
