Hanwha Vision America is seeking a qualified Marketing Strategy Manager to join our Global Marketing Planning team and develop and execute marketing strategies for global products/solutions to achieve our business goals.
The Marketing Strategy Manager will create marketing materials and manage global marketing campaigns to effectively communicate the company’s vision and competitive advantage in collaboration with the colleagues in Hanwha Vision America, Europe and headquarters in South Korea.
Responsibilities:
Development and Execution of Global Marketing Strategies for Global Launched Products/solutions
- Develop and implement end-to-end product marketing strategies that support business priorities and goals
- Plan and monitor the development and execution of the overall marketing strategies through all phases
- Create and deliver marketing materials for quarterly and annually launched global product/solutions with a focus on positioning Hanwha Vision as industry leader
- Perform in-depth research related to existing data and monitor current market trends
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with Global Marketing Planning team in HQ in Korea and with other global departments for effective execution of global marketing strategies
- Determine and track product marketing budgets for maximum return on investment (ROI)
- Define and understand the target audience to tailor strategies effectively.
Development and Implement of Digital Marketing Strategies
- Plan, implement, and manage digital/online marketing (web-based, social media), including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and email marketing
- Establish and execute quarterly and annual digital marketing strategies to distribute content
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
- Cooperate with global marketing team to optimize digital marketing, maintain a consistent brand voice, enhance brand loyalty and improve sales through various digital platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy or brand management with proven track record of results in developing and executing cross-border marketing campaigns; preferably in global organizations in video surveillance or information technology industry
- Extensive experience in integrated marketing campaign strategy, demand generation marketing strategy, and customer lifecycle metrics
- In-depth knowledge and experiences in marketing communications, product marketing, agency relationship management and corporate communications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and strong project management skills, experience collaborating with cross-functional and agency teams
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
- Detail-oriented and strong analytics skills of complex information
- Self-motivated, responsiveness and strong follow-through skill
