Joining Collibra’s Brand and Digital Marketing team
- You will report to the Senior Director of Brand & Digital Marketing within Collibra’s Marketing org, and will lead an existing team of two direct reports.
- In this role, you will manage our marketing technology stack, assess the needs of the organization, optimize processes, and drive alignment across the business on how we use technology to reach our collective goals.

Senior Managers of Marketing Operations at Collibra are responsible for
- Fully owning the marketing technology stack: initially identifying the need, evaluation, selection, system administration, designing and improving process workflows, driving adoption and managing renewals (for example: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana)
- Training and enablement for marketing and cross-functional partners on best practices in leveraging our technology and processes; partnership with the field enablement team; governance of technology and processes, engaging with stakeholders to ensure a shared and mutual understanding of Marketing Operations’ processes, goals and objectives
- Ensuring marketing automation is optimized and maintained to include lifecycle models, lead scoring, lead routing, segmentations, program structure and templates
- Managing and developing the Marketing Operations team
- Managing the format, accuracy of and access to Marketing budget tool
You have
- 5+ of Marketing Operations experience in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry
- 2+ years of experience developing and managing a high-performing cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical/analytical orientation, in-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, technologies and best practices; track record of running sophisticated and scalable marketing operations and technology environments
- Experience collaborating with Sales & Channel teams
- This position not eligible for visa sponsorship
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Measures of success
- Within your first month, you will get fully onboarded and familiar with the team, external vendors, as well as the company’s digital systems and tools. You will start managing all marketing technologies and related processes.
- Within your third month, you will be fully leading your team and overall Marketing Operations at Collibra, and will actively bring new ideas for improvements. You will fully and cogently document all Marketing Operations processes as they are created or modified.
- By your sixth month, you will have optimized Marketing Operations processes and enabled the greater Marketing team, have audited our current martech stack and made recommendations, managed all evaluations and renewals for marketing technology, and developed your team accordingly.
Compensation for this role
The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $175,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
