Join The Aerospace Corporation during the most exciting time in space. We are seeking a Marketing Communications professional to be a part of our Corporate Brand and Growth team. This role is critical to supporting our corporate strategy. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to drive results using their comms/marcomm skill sets. This role is responsible for partnering to develop and execute on comprehensive marketing strategies, creating impactful digital campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand Aerospace’s audience reach and engagement. The successful candidate will also analyze the performance of campaigns and makes data-driven decisions to optimize and deliver results to elevate Aerospace’s corporate brand and reputation as the nation’s trusted partner in the space domain.
Work Model
Hybrid – proximity to one of our primary Aerospace locations: El Segundo CA or Chantilly VA or Crystal City DC or Colorado Springs CO
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establishing effective digital marketing strategies and leveraging analytically driven best practices for organic search, social media, email campaigns and other corporate digital channels.
- Creating and enhancing content management processes in a collaborative environment across multiple external channels.
- Driving creative development and execution for brand materials, with an emphasis on supporting recruitment needs.
- Facilitation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process for Corporate Communications.
- Tracking progress of marketing campaigns, establish goals and deliver reports/insights to key stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
What You Need to be Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Five or more years of relevant marketing communications experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in developing corporate-level marketing content
- Experience in digital marketing strategy, planning, advertising, and brand development
- Experience in using marketing automation tools and CRM’s
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external organizations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability and willingness to travel on occasion
How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Extensive experience in creative direction, graphic design, and/or print media production
- Extensive experience in digital and social media marketing
- Expertise in brand and identity development, and brand equity management
- Certification in digital and/or brand marketing

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$75,937 – $94,720 – $113,503
