Job Purpose
Full-time role responsible for orchestrating all marketing activities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives, and optimizing operational processes. Serves as the central coordination point between fractional marketing resources while driving content development and distribution.
Marketing Operations & Coordination (40%)
- Serve as primary liaison and project manager for all fractional marketing resources (CMO, SEO, website developer, content writer, CRM administrator)
- Coordinate marketing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across all vendors
- Manage marketing calendar and ensure alignment across all initiatives and channels
- Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and reporting with fractional team members
- Identify process improvements and implement systems to increase marketing efficiency
- Manage marketing technology stack and ensure proper integration between tools
Content Development & Execution (35%)
- Execute content strategy and manage content production calendar
- Create and oversee development of marketing content (blog posts, emails, social posts, landing pages, collateral)
- Collaborate with content writer to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Brief and manage content requests across all fractional resources
- Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels
- Manage content workflows from ideation through publication
Content Distribution & Campaign Management (25%)
- Execute multi-channel distribution strategies for all marketing content
- Partner with CRM administrator to build and deploy email campaigns and audience segments
- Coordinate with SEO resource to optimize content distribution and search performance
- Work with website developer on landing page updates and site content
- Track and report on content and campaign performance metrics
- Manage social media channels and community engagement

- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in M365, HubSpot, and virtual-meeting applications. Adept at quickly mastering new systems and technology.

Experience & Education Requirements
Required Experience
- 7-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing operations or marketing coordination experience
- Multi-segment and account-based execution experience
- Comfortable with a limited ad spend budget
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Hands-on content creation and marketing execution experience
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and analytics tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with external vendors and agencies
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:
- Travel up to 5-10% to sites beyond the home office for company meetings
- Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
