For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. As a Project Manager Marketing, you’ll turn insight into campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences across the Information Technology market. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to sharpen positioning, refine journeys, and scale what works. If you love testing, learning, and using data to drive growth, this role puts you at the center of the pipeline story.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the intake, scoping, and delivery of creative projects
- Collaborate with teams to define project goals, timelines, and KPIs for campaigns
- Identify potential risks to project timelines and propose contingency plans
- Maintain regular communication and reporting on project progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Design and implement improved processes for managing project workflows and approvals
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or agency environments
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or similar
- Experience coordinating fast-paced, high-volume creative projects with diverse deliverables
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and set clear expectations and timelines
- A proven track record in helping teams transition from agency-led to in-house creative environments
