The Role
This is a high-ownership role for a marketing generalist who enjoys building brand presence across multiple channels. You will lead our day-to-day digital execution and act as the vital link between our internal vision and our external partners. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who understands how to translate business needs into polished, client-facing materials and impactful campaigns.
The Senior Marketing Associate supports marketing and communications efforts by partnering closely with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Lead all digital activities, including website updates, social media management, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Growth Initiatives: Proactively test new marketing tactics and channels to support a high-growth environment.
- Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our external marketing agency, ensuring projects stay on track and align with our strategic goals. Requires a deep understanding of our firm, services and strategy.
- Events Support: Provide end-to-end support for firm events, from regional sponsorships to client-facing seminars.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI)
- Strong skills in digital marketing tools: SEO, social media, email campaigns, analytics
- Excellent writing and design skills for content creation
- Demonstrated success managing relationships with external agencies or vendors
- Experience in environments with multiple services/products where business models are evolving
- Desire to continuously improve and be curious
- Highly adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
