We are currently seeking a Brand Marketing Associate to support the evolution, consistency, and strength of our brand across all channels. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for brand strategy and design, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the financial services industry.
The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys creating high-quality brand assets that bring a visual identity to life. This individual will act as a steward of the WisdomTree brand—ensuring consistency, relevance, and excellence in execution. They will work closely with our brand agency, internal marketing teams, and cross-functional partners to help advance our brand initiatives and visual expression.

Success In This Role Would Be Achieved By
- Serve as an ambassador of the WisdomTree brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing, digital, and client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external brand agency on campaigns, visual identity development, and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Support the evolution of the WisdomTree website by contributing to UX enhancements, including wireframes, page layouts, navigation improvements, and visual components.
- Audit website content for brand alignment, clarity, visual consistency, and user experience optimization.
- Help translate brand guidelines into digital design standards and modular components used across the site.
- Design and edit branded assets including web graphics, social media visuals, presentations, infographics, event materials, and advertising units.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand and product-level campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual identity.
- Support campaign performance reviews by contributing visual audits, competitive benchmarks, and insights.
Experience And Required Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field).
- 1+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles; financial services experience a plus.
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma or Canva).
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and ability to contribute to basic wireframes, user flows, or digital component design.
- Strong visual eye and ability to translate brand guidelines into polished digital and print assets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with both creative and technical partners.
- Strong project management abilities—organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Curiosity about the competitive landscape and interest in how brands differentiate in financial markets.
$90,000 – $100,000 a year
Compensation For This Role
- base salary range of $90,000 through $110,000.
- annual discretionary bonus, payable in cash and/or equity securities consistent with WisdomTree’s policies and procedures, and subject to the terms and conditions of WisdomTree’s equity plan.
- Base rate offered will be based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, skillset and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
