About The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to help scale and optimize SmartSuite’s go-to-market engine through data-driven growth initiatives, marketing operations excellence, and close partnership with Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of growth strategy, systems, analytics, and execution. You’ll own the operational foundation that enables marketing programs to convert into predictable, high-quality pipeline—while continuously improving how we segment audiences, measure performance, and scale campaigns.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You’ll work closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to drive growth, improve efficiency, and turn insights into action as SmartSuite continues to scale.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Own / Drive marketing growth operations that support pipeline generation, campaign execution, and revenue impact
- Partner / Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and RevOps to align growth initiatives with go-to-market priorities
- Build / Optimize marketing systems, workflows, and automation across marketing automation platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
- Analyze / Measure full-funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline impact through dashboards, reporting, and inspection cadences
- Develop / Improve lead management processes including capture, scoring, routing, enrichment, and nurturing
- Identify / Solve operational bottlenecks and scale processes that improve speed, quality, and conversion across the funnel
- Support / Enable experimentation and continuous improvement through data-backed insights and growth testing
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience managing lead lifecycle processes, attribution, and funnel reporting
- Comfort working across multiple systems and translating data into clear actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- A natural curiosity for systems, data, and continuous improvement
