Awardco is seeking a Content and Brand Marketing Specialist to strengthen and scale its brand presence across social, digital, and community channels. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role combining strategy, execution, and storytelling to drive awareness and growth.
You will own social media strategy, manage brand presence across platforms, and collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns. The role also includes partnerships, PR initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute Awardco’s social media strategy
- Create engaging content across channels, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Track and report social media performance
- Manage external brand presence (vendor profiles, review platforms, listings)
- Identify and pursue brand growth opportunities (awards, partnerships, thought leadership)
- Build and manage community and sponsorship relationships (e.g., Utah Jazz)
- Represent the brand at events and support initiatives
- Define and report on brand success metrics
- Collaborate with the Director of Content and marketing team for alignment
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in brand, social media, or PR
- Proven ability to execute social media strategies with measurable results
- Strong writing and research skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling content
- Experience with video creation, editing, and graphic design (plus)
- Comfortable appearing on camera for social content or webinars
- Knowledge of digital and industry trends
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Ability to manage projects independently using tools
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset aligned with company values
