Description:
The Ritual Coffee Marketing Manager is responsible for leading creative, strategic, and collaborative marketing efforts to ensure all visual and written communications align with the company’s values and drive sales. This role plays a key part in shaping brand identity, improving marketing processes, and contributing to company culture and growth.
As a leader within the organization, you will collaborate across departments, develop cohesive branding strategies, and tell compelling stories about the company’s products and partners. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to leadership team initiatives and overall company growth
- Lead and develop the marketing team, including supervision and feedback
- Plan and execute branding and marketing strategies across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with company values and goals
- Develop storytelling strategies around products and producers
- Manage campaigns across website, packaging, social media, and newsletters
- Audit brand presence to ensure consistency across channels
- Coordinate events, promotions, and cross-functional projects
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns drive measurable results
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated on marketing and design trends within the coffee industry
Requirements:
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns (preferably in CPG, food & beverage, or e-commerce)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with brand development and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with social media marketing
- Passion for coffee (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Requires consistent onsite attendance
- Physical requirements include lifting, standing, and working in varying conditions
