About The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support Color’s growth by helping execute marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across health plans, partnerships, and new channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will help bring marketing campaigns to life through a variety of demand generation initiatives, collateral creation, event support, and sales enablement materials, all demonstrating how Color improves health outcomes for diverse populations.
How You’ll Contribute
- Partner closely across the marketing organization and with cross-functional partners to execute tactical elements of marketing campaigns and extract value from each opportunity. Support high-value opportunities, including strategic conferences, regional events, membership programs, partner marketing, and channel/industry partnerships to ensure we maximize impact at every touchpoint.
- Execute cross-channel marketing programs (digital and physical), ensuring all assets, timelines, and deliverables are aligned and delivered with quality across email, web, social, paid, field, and partner channels.
- Support communication of program status and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Serve as a project manager and follow up for efforts across marketing, including tracking tasks, driving follow-ups, and proactively removing blockers to keep projects moving.
- Responsible for documentation and database of content management, ensuring materials are accurate and accessible.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related-field
- 2+ years experience working in B2B marketing
- Experience working at a healthcare, health tech or health-adjacent organization
- Experience in marketing to employer benefit arena (employer and consultant ecosystem)
- Experience working on enterprise B2B marketing programs
- Strong planning, project management, verbal and written communication skills; expertise in Google Suite
- The ability to be data-driven and assess the impact of all marketing activities
- Strong commitment to execution and follow-through; attention to detail
- Demonstrable success working in a distributed/remote startup environment (fast-paced, dynamic/ever-evolving, collaborative) including experience iterating quickly to solve problems
