Job Summary
Argo Visa is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help lead the company into new phases of growth and opportunity by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for building and implementing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support customer acquisition globally.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in shaping Argo’s evolving go-to-market strategy by leading content development, digital marketing campaigns, community engagement, and performance analytics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while helping scale a fast-growing brand focused on helping visa applicants navigate the U.S. immigration process with confidence.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not currently have direct supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance or coordination support for contractors, agencies, or cross-functional teams.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Argo’s business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Create and manage marketing content including blog posts, website content, social media content, email campaigns, and other digital marketing assets.
- Develop and execute content distribution strategies across digital channels including social media, email marketing, and web platforms.
- Optimize website and digital marketing efforts using SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Manage community engagement strategies across social platforms and digital communities.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
- Conduct marketing research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Vanteo to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
- Support development and testing of new marketing channels and growth strategies.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all marketing initiatives and communications.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
- Experience with marketing analytics, digital campaigns, and content strategy preferred.
