  • Act as the program owner for developer events, accountable for seamless execution in partnership with cross-functional leads, outcomes, impact, and continuous improvement across all event formats (in‑person, hybrid, and virtual).
  • Lead event content and narrative strategy, partnering closely with Developer and Product Marketing, Developer Relations, product teams, and external partners to shape compelling, technically credible agendas and experiences.
  • Ensure event programs clearly articulate Qualcomm’s value to developers and drive measurable engagement, adoption, and community growth.
  • Own event budgets at a program level, including planning, allocation, governance, spend optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Lead and manage external agencies and strategic partners, setting direction, expectations, and success criteria to scale high-quality event programs globally.
  • Establish success metrics, performance dashboards, and post‑event insights to inform leadership decisions and guide future investment.
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices that enable consistent execution and elevate the quality of developer events across regions and teams.
  • Serve as a trusted cross-functional leader and advisor on developer engagement strategy, representing the events program with senior stakeholders
