Aon Is Looking For a Marketing Analyst – (Hybrid role in Hammonton, NJ)

  • Aon is looking for a Marketing Analyst to be a part of our industry-leading Consumer Benefit Solutions group. As part of the team, you will work closely with key stakeholders in the development of key sales enablement and marketing initiatives for the practice.

Your Impact as a Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with the development of presentations and proposals using consistent, clear and compliant content and messaging across all client-facing medias
  • Coordinate with our sales team, Aon’s Pursuit and Creative team and various cross-functional groups to produce client-winning requests for proposals and finalist meeting materials
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans that deliver positive results in brand awareness and revenue growth and overall business goals.
  • Measure the impact of internal and client-facing marketing initiatives to evaluate success
  • Perform competitive and market research to understand client issues, industry trends and competitive strategies to contribute to the development of messaging and marketing strategies
  • Partner with solutions consultants and carriers to identify key product data, trends and relevant marketing opportunities
  • Responsible for ad hoc project support across the practice as needed
  • Build and manage relationships with subject matter experts and leadership
  • Work closely with Growth Leaders, Solution Consultants, and Sales Team
  • Establish yourself as a steward of the Aon brand, as well as business-wide marketing processes

You Bring Knowledge & Expertise

Required Experience

  • 1 to 5+ years of Voluntary Benefits, Benefits Administration, Enrollment Solutions and/or General Marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced or at least proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially PowerPoint
  • Professional demeanor; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, people and projects simultaneously to success
  • Ability to communicate and write effectively and translate complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages
  • Capable of resolving issues independently, coordinating with leadership or subject matter specialists when vital
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Design experience is a plus, but not required
  • Professional writing or creative writing is a plus, but not required

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
