The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
The Co-marketing team collaborates with advertisers to create integrated marketing campaigns designed to capture new customers, generate sales and increase awareness for our businesses. About The Role
The Ads Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to help grow our impact.
In this role, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with CPG brand partners by leading strategic planning and campaign execution. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, unlock value, and deliver high-impact campaigns that accelerate the growth of our businesses. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships, and you will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-Marketing team within the Ads Marketing organization.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Lead the marketing relationship with our largest and most sought after CPG brand partners
- Manage an annual campaign calendar, ensuring planning milestones and timelines are met
- Establish clear KPIs and a measurement plan to achieve our shared goals
- Develop strategic, insights driven campaign briefs for internal creative and media teams
- Manage all aspects of campaign planning and execution with internal and external partners; including weekly calls, status documents, and trackers.
- Monitor campaign progress with mid-campaign check in, deploying optimizations and sharing updates
- Upon campaign completion, lead the development of final reports, analyzing data and insights to deliver best-in-class reporting
- Build case studies that champion and promote our work internally and externally
We’re Excited About You Because You Have…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in B2C marketing either at a tech company, media agency, or consulting firm with experience building integrated marketing strategies and building client relationships. CPG-specific experience, a plus.
- Highly collaborative operator with deep experience partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment across CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, sales, operations
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present and engage effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- You are fluent with data – including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns; excel or sheets experience a plus
- A creative, problem-solving mind set and you thrive in ambiguity and excel at building innovative solutions in fast-moving, resource-limited setting

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
