Byzfunder is a fast-growing fintech lender founded in 2019, with over $1B funded to date. We provide fast, flexible working capital to small business owners who are often underserved by traditional banks.

We are aggressively scaling our Direct-to-Merchant (DTM) channel and transitioning paid acquisition fully in-house. This role is a critical hire responsible for owning paid performance end-to-end — from click to funded deal.

The Role We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager / Paid Media Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition engine.

This is not an agency management role. You will be directly responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and performance across paid channels — with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads and working knowledge of Google Ads.

  • Own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads end-to-end

Growth & Funnel Optimization

  • Optimize for cost per funded deal, not just CPL
  • Monitor lead quality with sales and underwriting
  • Improve lead-to-funded rates

  • Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Ensure clean event tracking

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads lead generation
  • Hands-on experience managing $500K+ in paid media spend
  • 4+ years of paid acquisition experience
  • Strong Google Ads knowledge
  • Experience with GA4 and GTM
  • Comfortable owning performance targets
  • Strongly Preferred
