ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Marketing Director at KIBO, you will be the primary architect of our product narrative, with a clear focus on B2B commerce and enterprise buyers. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales—ensuring KIBO’s platform is not only understood, but positioned as mission-critical for complex B2B organizations. This role requires a true B2B product marketing expert—someone who understands long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and how to translate technical capabilities into business value for enterprise customers. You will define how we win in a competitive landscape and elevate KIBO’s position as a leader in modern commerce infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop clear, compelling value propositions tailored to B2B buyers and enterprise use cases, particularly across Order Management and eCommerce
  • Create high-impact messaging, sales enablement materials, and ROI-driven content that supports complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Equip Sales with the tools to confidently navigate enterprise objections and drive new logo acquisition
  • Own and lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring strong market positioning and measurable impact
  • Act as the internal expert on competitors and market dynamics within the B2B commerce and OMS landscape
  • Partner with Demand Generation to produce thought leadership and content that resonates with senior B2B decision-makers and drives qualified pipeline

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on B2B SaaS, Commerce, or Order Management
  • Proven ability to market to enterprise buyers and support complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Exceptional writing skills—clear, concise, and focused on business outcomes
  • Technical curiosity and comfort engaging with product, integrations, and architecture
  • Strong attention to detail and project management discipline
